We are the manufacturers and exporters of all type of HRC fuses. Most of the fuses manufactured are type tested for a breaking capacity of 80ka.

Our laminated flexible jumpers are made by hot press welded process (made without riveting or soldering), but with special technology of metal diffussion to reduce power loss and thus save energy.
We also manufacture HRC fuses for domestic and industrial applications, fuses for HT, PT, diode and thyristor protection, drop out fuses and fuse elements, overhead transmission line equipments, diesel locomotive spares, thermal and electrical insulating materials from syndaniyo, bakelite and other insulating materials. Our product range also includes contacts with silver tips, copper and aluminum terminal lugs and ferrules, lamp holders, low water alarm switch (L.W.S.) for railways, brush holders, arc boxes, arc chutes, fuse base, slip rings and other switch gear products.

Our Copper Laminated Flexible Jumpers are made from Electrolytic Copper foils of 0.04 mm to 1.0 mm thick to suit flexibility as per customer’s application and requirements. We offer Flexible jumpers with contact areas HOT PRESS FUSION WELDED upto 400 mm wide.
This process of hot pressfusion welding is a very special process wherein the copper foils are welded together through Direct Current applied under pressure. By this process the foils get defused and become a homogeneous solid busbar at ends. This process has no influence on the conductivity between the welded contact areas and the flexible part of the connectors. It is also possible to drill, saw, or Millthe contact areas without any difficulty.
There is no revitting, Tin soldering or filler material used in our welding process.
We manufacture Copper / Aluminium/ Stainless Steel Braids in continuous rolls also.
End Terminals can be Tinned / Silver plated on request. Insulation like Fiberglass, Asbestos, Teflon, Heat Shrink PVC can be provided on request.
